First Person Lightning Baccarat Evolution Rules
In First Person Lightning Baccarat, the goal is to predict which hand, either the Player’s or the Banker’s, will achieve a value closest to 9. You use eight decks of regular cards. Here’s how the cards are valued:
Aces are worth 1 point.
Cards from 2 to 9 are worth their face values.
Cards like 10s, Jacks, Queens, and Kings are worth 0 points.
After shuffling, some cards are taken out. This happens when a card is drawn at the start, and if it’s a 10 or a face card, some extra cards are removed.
In the game, only the number on the cards matters, not their suits.
Before each round, you bet on who you think will win: the Player or the Banker. You can also bet on a Tie if you think both sides will have the same score.
You can also bet on whether the Player or the Banker will get a pair of cards.
Each bet you place has a 20% fee added to it. So if you bet $5, you’ll actually bet $6 because of the fee. You can see this fee on the screen.
Lightning Round
After you’ve placed your bets, the Lightning round begins. In this round, between one to five Lightning cards are randomly drawn from a virtual deck of 52 cards. These Lightning cards are then given random multipliers of 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, or 8x.
If your bet wins and includes cards that match the Lightning cards, your payout gets multiplied by the Lightning multiplier assigned to those cards. If multiple Lightning cards appear in the same bet spot, their multipliers multiply together, increasing your winnings. Your initial bet is added to your total winnings.
If your winning hand doesn’t include any Lightning cards, you receive the regular payout as usual.
After the Lightning Round, two cards are dealt to both the Player and the Banker.
If the Player and Banker have hands of equal value, it’s a tie, and Tie bets win while bets on the Player and Banker are returned. The fee for these returned bets isn’t refunded.
The value of each hand is calculated by removing the tens digit for hands worth 10 or more. For example, a hand of 7 and 9 equals 6 in Baccarat (because 16 minus 10 equals 6). Similarly, a face card plus a 9 equals 9.
If the Player or Banker starts with a two-card hand worth 8 or 9 (a “natural”), no additional cards are dealt.
For initial hands worth between 0 and 7, the “Third Card Rule” determines if a third card is dealt to either hand. The Player always receives the third card first.
Player’s Hand
Player’s initial two-card hand | Meaning |
---|---|
0-1-2-3-4-5 | Player draws a third card. |

Banker’s initial two-card hand | Value of third card drawn by Player | ||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

If the Player’s hand stands on a 6 or 7, the Banker’s hand must draw if it totals 3, 4, or 5; otherwise, the Banker’s hand must stand if it totals 6.
The objective is to have the hand closest to a total of 9 to win.
You can track trends at your table by observing the roads. Click or tap the “+1” button to deal additional hands for free. Once a certain number of free hands have been dealt, cards will be dealt face-down.
As more hands are dealt, the maximum bet limit for side bets may decrease.
You can shuffle the cards at any time to reset the patterns on the table. Click or tap the shuffle button to clear the roads and shuffle the cards.
To speed up the game, skip the shuffling animation by clicking or tapping the SKIP button.
You can also cut the cards yourself by moving the cutting card above the deck.
